Hello. I’m Chie, a Japanese dietitian. Thank you for visiting my blog.
I worked as a dietitian at an acute hospital in Japan for six years. Since the beginning of my career, I have always been involved in the field of food and health.
My husband and I lived in India for two years starting in August 2021. During this time, I volunteered at an NGO that promotes healthy food choices for adults and children, where I gained a deep understanding of vegetarian food culture.
From December 2023, I worked for eight months at an NHS hospital in the UK. I truly enjoyed learning about hospital meals that accommodate diverse food cultures.
Currently, I am working in primary care at a Japanese healthcare company, where I provide nutritional sessions to people at risk of lifestyle-related diseases.
