こちらではなかなか買い足せないかと思って、使い始めたシリコンカップとシリコンラップ。
慣れると使い勝手がよく、ごみが出ないのも毎回気持ちがいいものです🌱

I finally get used to silicone items. I had supposed it was difficult to have usual paper cups and plastic wraps in stock, so I bought and started using silicone ones.

Now, I prefer to use them to make garbage less. That is comfortable to me.

Speaking of pic 2, I felt sick a bit after eating the toast due to too much butter on it 🤣

Pesto Pasta with Tofu 🌱

It's embarrassing, but I mistakenly bought lots of basil instead of baby spinach in the other day 🤣🤣 So, I thought of making pesto, basil sauce.

I used tofu on behalf of meat for the dinner to make well-balance of the day. I feel that tofu sold in India is harder and sourer than japanese product. The good characteristic worked for this pasta.

And, basil makes me refreshing, so I'm in the mood to use it to any dish these days. If you have any idea of herb, please let me know 😊

お恥ずかしながら、先日、ベビーほうれん草と間違えて
大量のバジルを買ってしまいました😅
そこでジェノベーゼソースを作ることにしました。

1日の栄養バランスを考え、その日の夕飯には、お肉ではなく豆腐を使いました。インドの豆腐は日本のものよりも硬めで酸味があるように感じます💡その特徴がこのパスタに活かされたと思います😊

バジル欲が再燃し、何にでも使いたい今日この頃です✨
